Meet Priscila Richmond
I'm Priscila Richmond, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, and I work with individuals, couples, and families. I believe therapy is a place to slow things down, get curious about what's happening, and understand the experiences and patterns that have shaped who you are today.

How I Work
My approach to therapy is systemic and experiential. I'm interested not only in what you're experiencing, but in what may be underneath it. Our families, relationships, culture, life experiences, and the messages we've received along the way can influence how we handle stress, communicate, connect, parent, and relate to ourselves and others. In therapy, we can connect those dots, understand the patterns that keep showing up, and create new experiences that help you move forward differently.
I also believe therapy should feel human. You don't need the perfect words or a perfectly organized story. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, where we can be curious together, and where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

• Trauma & EMDR
• Anxiety & Stress
• Depression & Feeling Stuck
• Burnout & Overwhelm
