How I Work

You may be doing well on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Maybe everyday demands take more energy than they should, or work has taken over parts of your life that matter. I work with men who want to understand their patterns, build stronger relationships, and make daily life feel more manageable. You don't need to have it all figured out before you start.

What We Can Work On

ADHD and Neurodivergence

If you have ADHD or identify as neurodivergent, therapy can give you space to understand how it shapes your routines, emotions, communication, and relationships. We'll work on changes that fit your life, not someone else's standard.

Life Transitions and Career Changes

A new role, a career change, a loss, or a shift in family life can raise questions about who you are and what comes next. We'll sort through them, reconnect with what matters, and decide how you want to move forward.

Work-Life Balance and Connection

When work takes most of your attention, it's hard to switch off, set boundaries, or be present with the people you care about. We'll look at that pressure and make room for a life beyond your responsibilities.

For Executives and Leaders

You can lead a team and still need a place where you don't have to be in charge. I also work with VPs, CEOs, and other leaders who want to understand how they think and respond, and connect more openly with others. Our work might include noticing emotional patterns, understanding other perspectives, communicating with more awareness, or exploring how neurodivergence shapes your experience. The focus is you as a person, not just you as a leader. This is individual therapy for your own wellbeing and relationships, separate from company coaching or employee-performance work.

How I Approach Therapy

My approach draws on systemic and narrative therapy, solution-focused work, and experiential methods. We look at the stories you carry about yourself, the relationships around you, and the patterns you want to change. Therapy with me is collaborative: room to reflect, talk honestly, and work on practical next steps.

Finding the Right Support

I provide ongoing outpatient therapy for self-understanding, life changes, and everyday emotional and relationship challenges. This is not an emergency or crisis service; if you need immediate or more intensive support, another service may be a better fit. In the U.S., call or text 988 for immediate crisis support. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911.

Let's talk about what you're looking for.

Share what brings you to therapy and what you'd like to work on, and we can talk about whether working together is a good fit.
